Terms of Service

Welcome to ZYQELVO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZYQELVO website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ZYQELVO is an AI-assisted planning tool that generates short-form video plans — including titles, hooks, scripts, storyboards, voice-over scripts, captions, image prompts, and hashtags — from prompts you provide. Output is generated by third-party AI models and should be reviewed before publication.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or facilitates fraud.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the prompts you submit and the plans generated for you ("Your Content"). You grant ZYQELVO a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request.
5. AI output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it. ZYQELVO makes no warranty that output is original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Plans and billing
The Free plan provides a limited number of daily generations. The Pro plan is billed through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYQELVO disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYQELVO's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to ZYQELVO in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
